1/2 grapefruit
Cuppa Tea


Snack
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup cottage cheese 1%


Lunch
4 oz Turkey Sausage Soup
Crackers
Laughing Cow cheese
Apple
Rice Crispy Squares
1/2 Lemon Cranberry Muffin


Snack
Banana chocolate chip muffin and chocolate ganache (I need to control my afternoon sugars)

Dinner
Homemade ravioli with ricotta filling and sugo


Snack
Nothing after dinner.
